For my ecards please go to ecardies.comHOW I GREATLY REDUCED MY ANXIETYAND SO MUCH MORE IN UNDER 10 MINUTESAll I did was take a normal hot shower and used water only to wash myself. If using deodorant I would spray it directly onto my clothing and not directly onto my skin. If there were any bad body odour it was usually linked to eating raw onion or possibly other similar foods but mainly raw onions in my experience. Fried onions are not an issue. My anxiety was greatly reduced within a few hours if not straight away. My depression started to reduce over the next few days. My migraine headaches, hayfever, racing thoughts, nervousness (to name a few issues) were also reduced over time to almost non existent. There's no guarantee that this process will work, however if it worked for me it should work for you. I had these issues for about the first 50 years of my life and have been almost completely free of them for the past 8 years. It took me about 6 days to get almost all of my anxiety to disappear with most of my anxiety lifting on day one. A word of warning: During the process I experienced a small buzzing high for the first 6 days and then my body calmed right down and the buzz subsided. During these first 6 days I thought I was invincible at times. It's extremely important not to do anything crazy and act out on these feelings and emotions. I personally don't consume alcohol etc and I wouldn't recommend you consuming alcohol etc in the innitial stages until you feel you are ready to do so. Who knows you may not feel the need for alcohol etc ever again. If you try this and have the same results or any questions you are welcome to email me for free advice at myfreedesigns@yahoo.com Should I get enough positive responses I will expand this website.
